How to submit a questionnaire update

It is important that your information is kept up to date at all times. In addition to the annual renewal and document expiry processes, you will be able to access and update any of your information at any time. There are typically a number of key triggers for updating your information:

  • Your company has been restructured, key personnel have changed, or the nature of products or services being supplied has changed or needs updating.

  • Another customer of your company has joined the community and your information needs to be updated to be relevant to the goods or services you supply to them.

  • New questions have been added to the questionnaire by the buying organisations and they cannot wait for your annual renewal before they are answered.

Before making an update, you must first unlock your questionnaire. To do this, log into the system as normal and navigate to your questionnaire. You will notice that the questions are locked and cannot be updated. To unlock them, click the 'Start Update' button on the Questionnaire overview page.

Clicking the button will bring up a confirmation message, click 'YES' to continue and unlock and update your questionnaire.

Any updates you make to your questionnaire will NOT be visible to buyers until your changes have been validated and published by the Hellios Validations team.
